• (4)Disclosure and Revision of Personal Information and Other Procedures

  If you would like to see the Personal Information you have provided to us or having it revised or deleted, please contact our inquiry desk. Except in cases where this request causes significant hindrance to our business, etc., we will conduct said disclosure, revision, or deletion of the customer's Personal Information within a reasonable period if we can confirm the identity of the customer making the request.

• (5)Fees Required for Disclosure of Personal Information, Etc.

  We may charge the customer who is requesting disclosure, etc. when they are confirmed to be the person in question, but in such cases we will inform the customer of this in advance.

Regarding Adherence to Laws and Standards Relating to the Protection of Personal Information

This facility will obey applicable laws and standards relating to Personal Information in regards to the Personal Information it possesses. Furthermore, this policy will be assessed according to Japanese law and other standards. This policy establishes our basic policy regarding the handling of Personal Information by this facility, and we will endeavor to protect Personal Information in accordance with this policy and based on laws and standards such as the Personal Information Protection Law.

Regarding Security Control Measures for Personal Information

This facility will maintain a control system and implement appropriate safety measures in order to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, etc. and secure its accuracy and safety. We will restrict entry by outside parties into offices which handle Personal Information and implement training and awareness activities to executives, staff, and all other employees at this facility regarding Personal Information protection, as well as establishing a custodian in order to property manage Personal Information.
